There is a good chance there is something to the model that suggests all life is interconnected.
Expanded, it implies connection to the stars, the planets and the galaxies.
For now, my imagination is spent.
It is too big for me to conceptualize, this possible heaven.
I am still so very earth bound.
My web of life has a huge tear.
Gutted and torn by your surprise exit.
In time I will integrate this reality,
And like the trees around me
After a particularly harsh winter
Compensate for the branches lost.
All the while ,
Remaining rooted in the soil of our history
Shape altered, still growing
Until sorrow and peace amalgamate.
